The Role We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Assistant Club Manager (Casual) who is ready to support our hard-working team.
In this pivotal position, you'll assist the Club Manager in steering the daily operations of the sales and fitness teams.
Your passion for outstanding customer service will shine as you oversee in-house sales and help execute effective lead generation and marketing plans that boost brand awareness and membership sign-ups.
As part of your responsibilities, you may also be called upon to:
Coordinate engaging pre-sale events and marketing initiativesDevelop and manage the performance of club employeesHire and train new staff, helping them reach their full potentialMeet performance metrics related to revenue, ordering, inventory, cost controls and facilities maintenanceImplement corporate policies and business practicesEnsure top-notch customer service and operational excellenceKeep the club clean, safe, and well-maintainedRun group fitness classes as required (PT is optional)About You You have a genuine passion for health and fitness and a track record of effective management.
Your skills include:
Ability to motivate and guide a teamProficiency in overseeing staff management and developmentSolid understanding of sales and operational successExceptional multitasking and organisational abilitiesPositive and motivating communication styleStrong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word)Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentMust be flexible with hours to cover annual leave and sick leaveWhy Join Us?
