Primero are currently recruiting for multiple Piping Supervisors to join our team On-Site in Kwinana, working a 10:4 Roster with 2 paid R. Both Day shift and Night Shift Opportunities available.
This is a 3-4 month scope of works with potential to extend beyond this.
Scope is a mix of Shutdown Pre-Works, a Shutdown and smaller Sustaining Capital Upgrades.
Your Key Responsibilities Proactively plan the works assigned to you on the project to ensure that the resources required to meet your primary purpose are adequate and fit for purpose.Directly accountable for setting up the worksite to ensure that all activities can be conducted in a safe manner for persons working on the site including sub-contractor's workforce and visitors.Liaise with client representatives or sub-contractors on technical and minor contractual issues.Responsible for ensuring that pre-start meetings are held daily with all personnel working on the site including subcontractor personnel.Identify and assess drawing changes for ongoing technical construction accuracy.Complete daily supervisor reports.Accurate reporting of progress to the project planner and dayworks (where required) to the site cost controller.What You Can Do Experience in the resource (mining/oil & gas) industries.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong daily and weekly planning abilities of assigned tasks.Ability to work effectively with the firm's personnel and sub-contractors.Strong HSE understanding and implementation skills.Deliver a quality product on schedule, budget, and in line with the construction methodology.Possess a strong understanding of applicable codes of practice, Australian Standards.Ability to read and interpret multidiscipline engineering drawings.What We Can Do for You: Competitive CompensationContemporary RosteringEmployee Referral RewardsIf you're looking for a career where you experience more 'Can Do', then we're the team for you.
