The Capital Works Supervisor can be based in the following regions: Gold CoastBrisbane (Advantageous)Sunshine CoastAbout the Contract Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
Our clients are the owners and operators of assets that are critical to our local communities.
Ventia has been awarded a new water contract to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentational services across the Seqwater network.
Ventia will provide service excellence across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations, and 26 referable dams.

Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Mechanical & Electrical trades across scheduled capital works projectsWork with Planners to schedule resources, plant and equipment, travel, and materials to execute the Maintenance Plan.Supervise and manage resources, materials and labour across allocated worksPerform administrative tasks - timesheets, scoping documents, safety processes, reporting and complianceProviding coaching and support to crewsReporting activities relating to planned works, completed, risks and issues, with a focus on ongoing improvement of processes to support delivery.About You Trade Certificate in electrical, mechanical and or similarExperience in supervising and managing capital works programs (Advantageous)Ability to travel across various sites to ensure delivery of worksIntermediate IT proficiencies for reporting and programme purposesDiversity Ventia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
