As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, and secure top-tier talent.

In this role, your ability to communicate confidently with senior business leaders, stay ahead in a fast-paced IT Consulting environment, and tackle challenges with a problem-solving mindset will be key to your success.

About the role:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented recruiters

Drive end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring we hire the best talent

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, focusing on IT and management consulting roles

Cultivate lasting relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey

Manage job postings, review applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews

Assess candidates for their skills, experience, and cultural fit with FAIR

Represent FAIR Consulting Group with professionalism and integrity in every interaction

About you:At least 6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in international recruitment

A solid understanding of IT and technology recruitment, ideally within software development or SAP consulting

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and advertising across multiple platforms

The ability to work independently, stay organised, and self-motivate in a dynamic environment

Experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams

A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies

Desired Skills:Experience using online recruitment tools and candidate management systems

Familiarity with the IT consulting or SAP industry
