Lymphoedema Physiotherapist

Rehabilitation physiotherapist supporting oncology patients throughout their journey minimising the impact of treatment on their recovery.
Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-specific rehabilitation programs, including pre-op, post-op, and general recovery. Provide symptom management for clients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. Specialize in scar management, oedema, and lymphoedema treatment. Utilize advanced techniques such as MLS Oncolaser laser technology. Conduct small group exercise classes, including pilates and yoga. Commitment to continuous learning and development. Independent, thorough, and creative work approach. Essential Criteria Australian citizenship. Physiotherapist/OT/Exercise Physiologist with AHPRA registration. Personal Indemnity insurance and WWCC. DVA approval. Ability to work with diverse socioeconomic, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. Willingness to conduct home and nursing home visits. Desirable Driver's license. Lymphoedema training or willingness to train. Experience in small group land or pool exercise groups. Pay: $42.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
