Strong understanding of contracts, terms, and legal implications. Proficiency in contract management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management / Business / Engineering or related field. The Company Our client is a well-respected Construction/Build Contractor who has a strong presence in WA.
They have grown their footprint in size and portfolio across WA, providing them with project opportunities across several sectors, mainly in the Metro Commercial and Industrial sectors.
Due to recent project wins and solid performance in past projects, they are now in the market for a driven and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team.
The Position This role will form part of the company's long-term strategy, working on a variety of interesting projects with clients in the public and private sectors.

Skills and Experience Reporting to the Project Manager, you will assist in managing all commercial and contractual matters related to the project. Client and subcontractor variations, progress claims, and invoicing. Prepare, negotiate, and let subcontract packages. Liaise with key stakeholders such as the client, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare purchase orders, administer RFIs, document control & register. Involvement in final accounts and project closeout. Attend project meetings with the team and stakeholders.
