We're seeking an experienced Intake Officer to join our courageous multi-disciplinary Customer Liaison team of professionals dedicated to extraordinary care for people with a disability at every stage of life.

This is a full-time, 12-month maternity leave cover position located at our Bentley office.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
Provide prospective and new customers, their families and/or representatives with a responsive service that promotes seamless onboarding from the process of applying for services through to commencement of therapy services.Responsibility for the implementation of a coordinated intake process that identifies customer support needs including co-designing supports, development of service quotes, customer service agreements and the collation and management of accurate customer specific records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Instill confidence in potential customers and stakeholders to choose Therapy Focus as their provider of choice.What makes you the right candidate? Exceptional customer service skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate with people of different backgrounds and abilities in order to support customers to access Therapy Focus services.Ideally have previous experience in the not-for-profit and/or disability support sector.Data analysis skills with the ability to find solutions to problems and work with people to resolve.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.Ability to actively listen to and respond appropriately to customer feedback.Experience with records management systems and data accuracy.Time management capability with the ability to multi-task in a constantly changing environment.Ability to problem solve and work in a solution-focused way.High attention to detail.Strong technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products and data management.All successful candidates must have or be willing to obtain a Drivers License, WCC, National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.What's in it for you?
