Taco Bell was born and raised in California and has been around since 1962.
We went from selling everyone's favourite Crunchy Tacos on the West Coast to a global brand with 8,200+ restaurants, 350 franchise organizations, that serve 42+ million fans each week around the globe.

About the Job:You support the Restaurant General Manager by running the teams shifts, meeting Taco Bell standards, and resolving customer concerns.
You take ownership and are responsible to help drive results, willing to coach and guide others, and partner with the management teams on business initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:Champion Taco Bell's culture and valuesCommunicates openly and honestly with the Management teamProvides feedback to Team Members in a positive mannerShift duties/responsibilities are executed in an accurate and timely fashionFollow cash, security, inventory and labor policies and proceduresDrives Equity, Inclusion and Belonging behaviorsAdaptable to and comfortable supporting change managementMaintains customer satisfaction and Occupational Health and Food Safety standardsEnsure teammates and customers are living MÁS with a smileWhy Taco Bell?We truly believe that where you work matters, and we know a thing or two about what makes employees happy.
