Scheduling Team Leader

In the role of Service Scheduling Team Leader at METTLER TOLEDO, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of highly skilled specialists who deliver world-class service in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
This position is ideal for a hands-on candidate with experience in managing and leading teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
About you: A Leader who can engage and empower their team to provide best in class performanceStrong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectivelyContinuous Improvement mindset, always looking for ways to enhance customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and techniciansAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentEmpathetic to customers' needs, ensuring their satisfactionWillingness to learn new things and embrace new challengesKey Responsibilities: Oversea the scheduling of the daily maintenance and repair jobs of Field Service Technicians across Australia
Provide high quality customer service through phone, email and customer portalsEnsure technician workloads are scheduled at least 2 to 3 weeks in advanceConsider logistics, travel and pricing to organise service technicians work efficientlyRespond to changing needs and requirements, adjusting schedules accordinglyManage Work In Process/Open Work Order reports to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed within client KPI timeframesProvide accurate information to service technicians using the Salesforce scheduling tool, phone, email and teamsCollaborate with service managers, sales, finance and other departments to meet the needs of our customersManage a diverse range of activities while prioritising tasks.Key desired attributes include: Experience scheduling and dispatching field based techniciansExperience leading scheduling teamsProcess mapping and experience in development/maintenance of company proceduresExcellent organisation and time managementA great attitude and work ethicAbout METTER TOLEDO METTLER TOLEDOis a leading global manufacturer of precision instruments and services for use in laboratories and manufacturing.
