The company:
Our client is a premium retailer of fresh produce with multiple stores across Victoria.
The business has built their reputation around providing convenient, quality food, at affordable prices, using the highest quality of produce.
The role:
Reporting into the Group Director, as the Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for management accounting, management reporting, as well as providing accurate and detailed analysis to help drive key decision-making for the business.
Other responsibilities include:
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for managementMonitor cash flow, assets, and provide regular reportsReport on shop and departmental performanceConduct CVP analysisManage inventory and cost allocationDevelop labor budgets and conduct trend analysisProvide cash flow planning and managementPartner with key stakeholders for business insightsOffer ad hoc support to owners as neededSkills and Experience: Ideally CA or CPA Qualified5 + years in similar role, ideally within Retail or perishable itemsHigh level of financial analysis skills and commercial acumenStrong experience working with multiple stakeholdersFor More Information:
