About the role:
As a Software Development Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are nurtured.
You will bridge the gap between the client and our development team, providing clear communication and delivering solutions that align with client objectives.
This role combines elements of customer relationship management, technical understanding, and project oversight.
You will be involved in:

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Building and nurturing strong client relationships by serving as their main point of contact for technical and strategic discussions.
Managing the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support and account expansion.
Managing the software development team to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
Identifying and addressing client needs proactively.
Proactively identifying opportunities to align our software solutions with client goals and driving customer satisfaction.
Preparing and presenting reports on account performance and project progress.
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
Facilitating communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
To thrive in this role, you will need to have:

3+ years of software development experience.
Experience managing client relationships.
A solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
A client-focused mindset with proven experience in account management, including building relationships, managing expectations, and delivering value to clients.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
