Mejico prides itself on a vibrant and unique restaurant experience backed by exceptional customer service.
Combining your passion for hospitality and experience, you will work within a highly dedicated team to ensure the ongoing success of our brand through the following key responsibilities:
About the role Maintains high standards of restaurant set-up and service.
Acknowledges and responds to all customers in a friendly, sincere, and energetic manner.
Presents a comprehensive knowledge of the Mejico food and drinks menu.
Identifies, meets, and satisfies the customers' needs and expectations.
Presentable attire and well-groomed image.
Maintains a friendly attitude at all times
About you Customer satisfaction oriented - have that great attitude with customers and the team.
Strong communication skills.
Minimum 1 year experience in waiting tables, high volume environment preferred.
Ability to work quickly and safely.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and independently.
Ability to think on your feet and under pressure.
Must be available Friday & Saturday evenings.
