The Food & Beverage Instructor is responsible for conducting practical training and supervision and providing feedback on student's progress and assessments within the live food & beverage environment.
To be successful in this role, you must have : Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalentDemonstrated high level supervisory skills within the hospitality industryStrong communication skills and the ability to readily build relationshipsFluent in English (verbal and written)Full working rights in AustraliaWorking with Children CheckFood and Beverage Attendant (Casual)Are you an exciting hospitality champion?

The Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivery of Food & Beverage services to both guests and students as well as participating in day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage front of house areas.
You will be working in consultation with the Food & Beverage Instructors to facilitate continuous improvement of food and beverage provision for the School.
To be successful in this role, you must have : Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) CertificateExperience in Restaurant and Banquet serviceFluent in English (verbal and written)Working with Children CheckFull working rights in AustraliaChef Instructor (Full time and Casual opportunities)Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will join a team of passionate staff who are playing their part in making sure that we are Here for Good.

You can continue doing what you love whilst getting work-life-balance : with standard working days Monday – Friday (shifts between 6am and 8pm) and with limited evenings, weekend shifts or overtime required.
To be successful in this role, you must have : Previous industry experience and currency in a commercial kitchen.Previous experience working in hotels and banquets would be an advantage.Certificate III Commercial Cookery Trade is advantageousCertificate IV Training and Assessment is advantageousFluent in English (verbal and written)Working with Children CheckFull working rights in AustraliaGardeners (full time)Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, this position is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the grounds (hard surfaces), facilities and rubbish management of the Leura Campus.

This role is perfect for garden enthusiasts or experienced gardeners
To be successful in this role, you must have : Experience working in a minimum garden, grounds position or a similar role.Attention to detail and qualityA driver's license (essential due to the nature of the work - as you will have to drive campus vehicles and a golf buggy)Fluent in English (verbal and written)Working with Children CheckFull working rights in AustraliaRooms Division Instructor (Full time and Casual opportunities)The Rooms Division Instructor is responsible for the ongoing development and training of the Post Graduate Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School Rooms Division students.
We have purpose-built front office desks built on our campuses for our Masters students – which is the environment where the students would practice their learnings throughout the term.
As the instructor, you manage the day-to-day operational function there as well as training and monitoring of students during Housekeeping and Front Office practical sessions.
To be successful in this role, you must have : Demonstrated experience as manager or supervisor within Front Office in a 4-5-star hotel / resort environment.Completion of a Certificate IV Hospitality or equivalent, and Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40110) desirable – but not essentialFluent in English (verbal and written)Working with Children CheckFull working rights in AustraliaWhat should I bring that day?
