State Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our clients Valuation team in Victoria.
This role will allow you to manage large, diverse projects across a variety of industries and asset classes, working with some of Australia's leading organisations.

Lead a team of valuation professionals in a growing and established business.Work on high-profile valuation projects for state, national, and international companies.Opportunity to contribute to business growth and strategy within a global organisation.Collaborate with valuation experts across the Pacific region.Enjoy a professional and inclusive environment that is outside of traditional property and valuation firms.Key Responsibilities:Lead and grow a team of valuers while managing a diverse portfolio of valuation projects.Oversee valuations for financial reporting, insurance purposes, and other key client requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Provide expert valuation advice and strategic guidance to clients.Actively contribute to local sales initiatives and business development.Travel within Victoria, interstate, and internationally as required.What You Bring:AAPI with CPV qualifications.10+ years of valuation experience, with expertise across multiple industries.Proven leadership experience managing both teams and clients.Experience in insurance or financial reporting valuations is highly regarded.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a logical mindset.Willingness to travel.What's in It for You:Join a global organisation with significant growth opportunities.Work on diverse and challenging projects across a range of industries.A supportive team environment with collaborative colleagues.High job security with a strong pipeline of work, free from reliance on bank panels or mortgage valuations.Hybrid work model offering flexibility between remote and in-office work.Our client is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and celebrating the diversity of their team.
