Are you a passionate and dynamic chef with a flair for creativity and leadership?
We're looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our prestigious hotel in the heart of Bathurst
This is your chance to bring your culinary expertise to a vibrant and bustling kitchen, where you'll lead a talented team and elevate our guest dining experience.
Excellent opportunity for a head chef or executive sous chef to step up and earn the Executive chef title
What You'll Do: Lead and manage a small team of chefs and kitchen staff.
Oversee high-volume functions, events, and daily operations especially over the peak times.
e.g.
Bathurst 1000 and any racetrack events Create delicious, seasonal menus that will impress our guests.
Maintain food quality, manage costs, and ensure kitchen hygiene.
Work closely with hotel management to ensure a top-notch guest experience.
What We're Looking For: Experience leading a kitchen team in high-volume settings.
Background in catering for large events and functions.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Creative, with a passion for quality cooking.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and work efficiently.
