Education Coordinator Susquehanna International Group Sydney, Australia OverviewBy joining our Trader Education team as a Coordinator, you will be part of an energetic and motivated team that directly impacts the growth and success of our firm. We are looking for someone who is smart, resourceful, collaborative, and can thrive in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.This opportunity will allow you to leverage your administrative skills to support the team in the development of new hires. As a Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to support the coordination and facilitation of intern and new hire education. This will involve communication with managers and employees to ensure all education sessions are scheduled properly and running smoothly. We are looking for an upbeat, organised individual who can multi-task and assist our team with a range of office and business activities.What you'll doAssist team members and coordinators in the planning and execution of education sessionsDistribute weekly calendars and reminders to teachers and students for upcoming sessionsOrganise and distribute class materialPrepare classrooms and conference rooms for upcoming live or virtual education sessionsTrack attendance for both onsite and remote sessionsInteract with the recruiting department to help facilitate and schedule interviews for trading candidates with the Education team and tradersInteract regularly with our Human Resources, Learning and Development, Employee Services and Immigration teamsAssist with employee questions and office transfersAssist with the planning and coordinating of department events and travelAttend events such as group dinners and social events in SydneyWhat we're looking forMinimum of 1 year of professional or intern experience as an administrative assistant, coordinator, or similar roleAbility to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environmentPleasant personality and positive attitudeExcellent oral, written, and telephone communication skillsSuperior time management and organizational skillsExceptional attention to detailAbility to maintain highly confidential informationStrong proficiency working in Outlook or other scheduling systems, Word and Excel, requiredWhat's in it for youOur flat hierarchy enables you to drive meaningful impact, by leveraging your expertise and taking ownership.Private healthcare and gym allowances, plus wellness initiatives.Additional leave entitlements including marriage leave and 2 bonus days annually.Fully stocked kitchen, with daily breakfast and lunch.Regular social, sporting and community events including annual poker tournament.Matched donations and corporate discounts.Explore our benefits and culture: linkAbout SusquehannaSusquehanna is a global quantitative trading firm founded by a group of friends who share a passion for game theory and probabilistic thinking.
