DescriptionPastoral Care Coordinator – Nations Church Myaree Part-time - 22.8 hours per week The position We are looking for a Pastoral Care Coordinator to join our team at the Myaree campus.
This role is central to the pastoral care functions at Nations Church, with the responsibility for creating a welcoming experience for new people to becoming fully integrated members of the church.
This role is responsible for:
Enhancing and improving the new member experience, from welcome interaction to full integration into church lifeLeading and inspiring the connection team to execute integration strategies to a high standardAssisting with the expansion of pastoral care initiatives to build and further strengthen relational pathways with the wider communitySupporting and helping to facilitate pastoral care gatherings and eventsMaintaining accurate data entry and record keeping to track progress in connection and integrationThis role is located at our Nations Myaree Campus and the successful candidate would need to make Nations Church their home church.
What are we looking for? MUST-HAVES The successful candidate will possess impeccable attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and proven leadership abilities.
They will demonstrate a genuine passion for connecting and integrating new people into the Nations Church community.
Have a strong desire to see the Nations Church's Mandate outworked - that the Lost be Found, Disciples Made and that Nations be Reached.
