We take pride in our people and our safety culture.Your new roleSecure a permanent opportunity within our on-site maintenance department, working a 7/7 day/night roster your duties include;
Lead by example coordinating the safe and cost-effective maintenance of all equipment, including documentation and reporting.Ensure maintenance and repairs are executed within safety, time and cost requirementsAccurately record the daily activities and maintenance tasksProven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and effective, high performing teamsFocused on continuous improvement, with ability to lead teams to develop and implement solutionsPromote and maintain a positive safety culture and record within the team.What you'll need to succeed Trade certificate in Diesel Fitting or equivalent as well as previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor on a mine siteDemonstrated success in maintaining an excellent safety record for teamsCurrent Mining Supervisor – G1, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3)Current Carry out the Risk Management Process – G2 (RIIRIS402D)Current Queensland Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)Current Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain)A current Queensland driver licence.If you're an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with an excellent work ethic, attitude and safety conscious approach, then we want to talk to you.
