Senior Revenue Officer Financial Services Temporary Full Time (12 months) LGO Level 4 $83,457 Maryborough At Fraser Coast Regional Council our people are our most important asset and central to achieving our purpose of Building Better Communities Together.
What we are looking for: We're looking for a Senior Revenue Officer to join our high performing rates team.
You'll be responsible for collating and entering property and land information and relevant ratings data as well as guiding and mentoring team members, ensuring a positive customer experience.
What your day will look like: Guiding, coaching and mentoring the revenue services team Assisting and supporting the revenue services team with the more complex enquiries and at peak service delivery times Managing revenue and property rating projects with the team and facilitate continuous improvement processes and systems Analysing the information provided by Council's Property and Commercial Services Department and the State Government Communicating and advising the creation of new property and land records to all relevant departments in Council What you'll need for success: Experience in a similar revenue focused position Strong customer service skills, both internally and with external customers Proven mentoring and coaching skills Strong problem solving and research skills Benefits of Working with Council: Committed to providing quality services to our community, we strongly support an inclusive and values-driven culture, recognising your individual skills, knowledge and talent.
