QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR – PART TIME 3 DAYS PER WEEKABOUT THE GRINDERS COFFEE TEAMAs part of the larger CCEP Australia family, Grinders Coffee has become one of Australia's premier coffee companies.

The Grinders Supply Chain Team is based in our Roastery in Fairfield, Victoria.
Supply Chain comprises an array of functions under its banner and the reach extends from procurement of both green beans & finished products to customer deliveries.About your new role…We have a fabulous "part time" opportunity to join our Grinders team in this role of Quality Assurance Coordinator which will be based at our Roastery in Fairfield, Victoria.
We require you to work three days per week which will include working Saturday.
The other two days can be decided upon aligning to what suits you best, and the business needs.What will you be doing?Lead daily cupping sessionsPerform line checks, raw materials and product testing to determine whether they meet specifications and quality standardsLiaise with production, warehouse staff, and other cross-functional teams to ensure quality issues are addressed and preventive actions are followedConduct maintenance and internal calibration of all test equipment as per scheduleCollect and analyse the data for compliance to respective requirementsManage calibration and laboratory equipment servicing for compliance to the standard requirements of these programsEnsure that GMP audit is conducted and samples are collected for ATP testing as per the scheduleEnsure appropriate corrective action for identified non-conformance is completed in full and on timeEnsure customer and consumer complaints are managed in a timely mannerParticipate in operational reviews, compliance audits, shift handovers and planning meetings to ensure that quality requirements are met to assist delivery of business KPIsEnsure risks are controlled to acceptable levels before work commences and regular review of risk controls occurLet's talk about youTertiary qualifications in Food Science/Technology, Science or related field.Previous experience in a similar role within food or beverages.Strong Technical skills and experience using the following highly advantageous: (SAP ECC, Salesforce, Integrum).An ability to innovate and focus on continuous improvement.Knowledgeable in various certification standards such as Rainforest Alliance, ACO, Halal, Kosher, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, familiarity with FSANZ standards.What's in it for you?Employee Share Purchase programAttractive leave package including paid parental leave and purchase leave options.Free monthly product allowances to share with family and friends (including Coca-Cola, Mount Franklin, Monster and more
