Our Rural Real Estate Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business with a specific focus on rural real estate.
Your understanding of Real Estate Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs.
In this role, the primary focus is on Rural Real Estate.ResponsibilitiesList, market and sell propertiesBuild and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needsParticipate in Branch business development programsAchieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertisingEnsure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirementsWork with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunitiesMaximize promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community eventsAbout youPossess local real estate industry experience and associated networks in the location.Can appraise properties and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties.Hold a Real Estate licence (essential) and a current driver's licence.Have demonstrated Real Estate marketing skills.Possess an understanding of Real Estate Legislation.Have excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and client relationship skills.Have a keen eye for detail.Are a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic, and highly organized with good time management skills.Are smart, resourceful, forward-thinking, and embrace technology including the use of in-market tools for research and are open to training in the base CRM platform.About EldersElders is proud to be the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
