Join Our Client, a Young, Family Owned Growing Rehabilitation Provider Our client is an accredited rehabilitation provider with a strong focus on delivering exceptional services across Sydney CBD and surrounding areas.

Our client encourages flexible working arrangements, offering the 3 days remote work or utilising co-working office spaces in their Sydney offices 2 days a week, so you can create the ideal work-life balance.

About the role: Support clients with psychological injuries through tailored recovery plans.
Conduct initial assessments and establish recovery goals.
Recognise and address obstacles to returning to work.
Organise appropriate interventions with stakeholders.
Offer vocational counselling and conduct assessments.
Support clients at medical appointments and communicate with providers.
C omplete reports and maintain accurate case notes.
Ensure a safe, timely return-to-work process.
