With a growing team and an exciting line-up of projects coming up, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the MPA team.
About the role
The Site Manager holds a pivotal role in the seamless and efficient execution of construction projects.
Through collaboration with Project Teams, Trades, and Subcontractors, the Site Manager ensures effective coordination and alignment of efforts, maintaining a steadfast focus on safety, quality, and adherence to the project schedule.
Responsibilities include coordinating various trades, undertaking site set-out, and assisting in scheduling trades aligned to the delivery program.
About you
You will have 5-10 years experience in construction management with a focus on fitouts and refurbishment projects.
A proven track record successfully delivering projects ranging from $10-50M+.
A comprehensive understanding of construction practices and sequencing methodologies.
Strong time and project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and to expected standards.
A collaborative approach to teamwork and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence outcomes.
Computer proficient and comfortable navigating email, word, project and Construction Software.
