About the Opportunity We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Conference and Events Operations Manager to join our C&E Operations team.
Reporting directly to the C&E Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our events and conferences, while ensuring strict adherence to OH&S policies and procedures, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining the highest quality standards of work.
As a leader, you will set the bar by demonstrating a genuine passion for hospitality and a drive to deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients and guests.
Your motivation, coupled with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude, will be essential for thriving in this role.
What you'll need to be successful Previous C&E Assistant Manager experience, preferable in a within the hotel industryExperience in coordinating/ planning high volume of Corporate Events, Residential Conferences and AGMsHands on experience with training, coaching, motivating and developing a large teamStrong business acumen, time management and organisational skillsPassion for the hospitality industry, demonstrated with sound product knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and stakeholders at all levelsRACV City Club is open 7 days week.
