Add expected salary to your profile for insightsIntertek Inform is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic Product Development team.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Product Strategy and Product Development teams to drive the 2025 product roadmap, ensuring user-centred design principles are at the core of our enterprise software solutions.
Reporting directly to the GM of Product and Technology, you will play a key part in shaping our product experience and driving customer satisfaction.Work Default: Hybrid (2- 3 days from Sydney office)Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualise and Design: Develop and refine UX/UI solutions for complex enterprise applications, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and user-centric experience.Collaborate and Influence: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Strategy, Engineering, Marketing) to identify and implement best-practice design solutions aligned with business objectives.Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, workshops, and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate product features.Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate design strategies effectively to senior stakeholders and product leadership, translating vision and user needs into actionable design concepts.Design Standards and Governance: Drive the evolution and maintenance of consistent design guidelines, style guides, and pattern libraries.Iterate on design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing, and team reviews.Mentor junior designers and help elevate the overall design team's skills and output.
Collaborate with other designers to ensure the UI design is cohesive across different brands and platforms.Keep up to date with the latest UI design trends, tools, and best practices.
Introduce new ideas and design innovations to improve the user experience and stay ahead of competitors.Qualifications and ExperienceProven Industry Experience: At least 6 years proven experience as a Product Designer or User Experience Designer for software products.Technical Competence: Advanced skills in design tools such as Figma, the Adobe suite, and/or similar UI/UX design software.
