Job Description of Security Program Manager in Sydney:
Experience: 14 to 20 years (Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in Cyber Security domain)
Responsibilities: Lead and manage Cybersecurity Landscape for the client and ensure all deliverables with respect to contract by providing thought leadership & supporting cybersecurity strategy. Manage various Security tracks within the account (such as Identity & Access management, Network Security, Endpoint Security, GRC, Application Security, etc). Drive excellent Customer Satisfaction and NPS. Work with clients, partners, employees, and agencies to ensure project success. Support development, implementation, and communication of cybersecurity activities and programs. Lead the set-up and execution of program events, briefings, and meetings. Liaise with other teams to identify and exploit opportunities with other programs across the organization. Manage multi-functional team coordination, opportunity screening, benefit/cost analysis, issue resolution, and reporting. Ensure SLA compliance, process adherence, and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives. Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework; review policies and highlight challenges in managing SLAs. Manage, administer, and maintain security devices which consist of state-of-the-art technologies. Act as the single point of contact with the client CISO for the existing landscape and future requirements by working as a Security Consultant for the client. #J-18808-Ljbffr
