Hvac Senior Service/Chiller Technician

Due to our continued growth within our business, we are seeking applications for the role of HVAC Senior Service / Chiller Technician to join our team, operating throughout the Townsville and North Queensland region.
Your role at AE Smith Duties will involve utilizing technical skills to conduct maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and installation of HVAC chiller and plant equipment, ensuring all activities are delivered in accordance with the safety, quality, and industry best practices to a variety of customers.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following experience and personal qualities: Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Restricted electrical work license (or an equivalent from another state) Refrigeration QBCC License (or an equivalent from another state) Minimum 5 years' experience post-trade within a commercial or industrial maintenance environment with a high level of technical knowledge in Chillers, Large plant, and controls experience High-level knowledge of industry best practices and standards and willingness to take on client-facing responsibilities Valid driver's license with no restrictions Current First AID, CPR & LVR Work at Heights Qualification, EWP and forklift tickets (preferred) Sound computer & mobile tech application skills Willing to undergo a police and medical check In Return we will offer you: Establish and progress your career in a large Australian-owned and operated national business Career progression reinforced by our pipeline of work means you'll have the opportunity to work on iconic projects and grow with the company.
