You will be responsible for managing the carrier performance process and monitor and report on CoR, Food safety and DG compliance across our carrier network.
This role will support our carriers and our Operations team in ensuring high levels of performance across agreed service levels and compliance.You will be our CoR and compliance champion.
You will complete internal audits of our CoR system, risk register and monitor / ensure compliance with our CoR system and audit program with carrier partners and our business functions.
You will be conducting claims and CoR investigations with the support of our external CoR partner / consultant and in-house legal counsel.
