Are you an experienced professional in regulatory compliance and environmental regulation?
This EL1 position offers the opportunity to establish and enhance a new regulatory compliance function, working within a collaborative environment to ensure effective environmental compliance and policy outcomes.
Essential Tasks: Develop processes and scope for a new regulatory compliance function, consulting with stakeholders.Supervise a stocktake of existing compliance actions and develop a forward plan.Provide expert advice on environmental regulations, compliance, and enforcement.Coordinate the annual Airport Environment Report and other compliance monitoring activities.Key Criteria: Qualifications in Environmental Science, Law, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.Demonstrated experience in a regulatory enforcement or compliance role.Expertise in interpreting legislation and making sound, nuanced decisions.Australian Citizenship and a current Baseline security clearance.How to Apply:
