We currently have an office in Sydney's CBD, and many of our team work in a hybrid way, collaborating with colleagues across multiple time zones.The role :Based in Sydney, the Product Manager will define and execute the product vision, create a customer-centric roadmap, and drive the growth of Decidr.ai's core platform.
This role is integral to ensuring our products deliver exceptional value to our foundation customers while setting the stage for scalable success.Product strategy : Define and drive a clear product strategy aligned with Decidr.ai's business goals and vision.Roadmap development : Build and maintain a comprehensive roadmap that balances foundation customer needs with the scalability of the core platform.Customer engagement : Collaborate closely with foundation customers to gather feedback, refine product offerings, and ensure satisfaction.Cross-team collaboration : Partner with engineering, solutions architecture, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.Market intelligence : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for innovation.Performance tracking : Establish product KPIs and measure performance to inform iterative improvements.RequirementsProven Experience: 3+ years in product management, ideally within SaaS, AI, or data-driven industries.Strategic Leadership: Strong track record of defining and delivering successful product strategies and roadmaps.Customer-Centric Approach: Experience in collaborating with customers to shape product development.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AI and data platforms is highly desirable.Collaboration Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, leveraging data to drive product development.Ready to become part of something bigger?We've got a bold vision for the future and the drive to achieve it.
