We are looking for the best MSP-specialised Onsite IT professional in Sydney , to work within a high-profile client based in the CBD.

Role In this role, you will:
Provide onsite technical support on a large customer's premises.
Support servers, desktops, and applications within a Microsoft AD, AAD, and Exchange environment.
Deliver support for Azure, Hyper-V, and Citrix-based cloud infrastructure.
Perform a wide variety of Level 1-3 support across many technologies.
Occasionally work on project teams to deploy solutions for the customer.
Work with highly experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need:
Outstanding communications ability, founded on the ability to speak fluent human being.
Advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory.
Good general knowledge of Windows Server and Exchange.
A general knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principles.
Experience working with an IT outsourcer or managed service provider (MSP).
An understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles.
Experience with Connectwise, Labtech, and/or Solarwinds Orion (Desired).
