About the role
We are seeking an experienced Leading hand and Tradesman/ Metal Roof Plumbers to join the team at Glidevale Roofing in Sydney for 2025, currently under New Ownership .
This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation of metal roofing systems on large scale projects.
As a key member of our construction team, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality roofing solutions to our clients.

What you'll be doing
Measuring, cutting, and installing metal roof sheeting cladding and rainwater goods Ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes and safety standards Collaborating with the project management team to coordinate installations Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any client concerns Maintaining a clean and organised work environment What we're looking for
Proven experience as a qualified metal roofer or similar trade Strong knowledge of metal roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety protocols Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and integrity Physical fitness to perform physically demanding work EWP over 11m Working at heights training What we offer
