The Role
As the Regional Director of Property Management at Coronis, you will play a pivotal role, working closely with the Queensland State Director Tracey Kelly to oversee a network of offices.
You'll lead and mentor a talented team of property managers, driving them towards operational excellence and career satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Driving team performance and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Ensuring consistency and compliance across all offices.
Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce staff turnover.
Supporting team members in achieving their career goals and professional growth.

What We're Looking For
We want our ideal candidate to demonstrate and possess:
Someone who takes pride in their personal appearance and is immaculately presented Proven leadership experience in property management, with multi-office oversight preferred.
Strong knowledge of property management legislation and best practices.
Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering results.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel across office locations as required.
