As we continue to grow rapidly, we're seeking a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our creative team.
Position Overview We're looking for a creative and results-driven Content Marketing Specialist to develop and execute content strategies for our diverse client portfolio, ranging from local Perth businesses to national brands.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of industries while being part of an innovative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities Create and manage content strategies for multiple clients across different industriesWrite and edit engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and EDMsCollaborate with our SEO, PPC, and web development teams to ensure integrated digital marketing solutionsDevelop content calendars and manage deadlines for multiple clients simultaneouslyConduct content audits and competitor analyses for new and existing clientsCreate compelling proposals and presentations for client pitchesMonitor and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrushStay up-to-date with marketing trends and industry developmentsRequired Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fieldMinimum 1 year experience in content marketing, preferably in an agency environmentProven track record of creating successful content and marketing campaignsStrong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing principlesProficiency with Google Workspace and Meta platformsPreferred Qualifications Experience with Australian businesses and understanding of local market dynamicsKnowledge of the Australian business landscapePrevious agency experienceHubSpot or similar CMS certificationExperience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteRequired Skills Exceptional writing and editing abilities with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectivelyStrong client communication and presentation skillsData analysis and reporting capabilitiesAdaptability to different client voices and industry stylesProject management skillsBenefits Competitive salary package ($60,000 - $80,000 based on experience)SuperannuationProfessional development and training opportunitiesRegular team social events and activitiesModern office space in Osborne Park with free parkingFlexible working arrangements availableClose to public transport and Stirling & Glendalough StationWalking distance to cafes and amenitiesWorking Hours Full-time position (40 hours per week)Core hours 7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to FridaySome flexibility is required for client meetings and deadlinesLocation Based in our Osborne Park officeHybrid working arrangements available after probation periodOccasional travel to client sites within the Perth metro areaCareer Development Clear progression pathway within the agencyRegular training sessions and industry workshopsOpportunity to work with leading Australian brandsMentoring from senior team membersTo apply, please submit your:
