Positive Energy: Keeping the team engaged, aligned and contributing, even when the going gets tough.
Service Delivery: This is always the fundamental basis of the P&C function – delivery above expectations.
Travel: There will be regular travel interstate.
With this comes flexibility of a mix of working from home and the office (if preferred).
About the role & About you: Reporting into the People & Culture Partnering Lead you will oversee your assigned portfolios within the partnering team, providing strategic HR support to business units and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Leading a team of approx.
5 direct reports across Tasmania and Sydney, you will showcase your previous experience in blue collar and corporate HR operations.
What would we like to see in our ideal team member? Operational blue collar and corporate HR Management experienceThe ability to make their own decisions and take account on fixing issues through consultation if requiredA knack for developing and managing EA strategies and negotiationsClear desire to develop, coach and mentor a teamGeneralist background in a fast manufacturing or FMCG environmentA strong flexible work approach where being agile and responsive is second natureDemonstrated innovation in P&C practicesFull working rights in Australia with a valid Australian driver's licenceThis role can be based in Hobart or Sydney Olympic Park and requires supporting a geographically diverse business around Australia which will require visits to other sites with interstate travel.
