About the role
Moombaki Early Learning is seeking an experienced and passionate Childcare Center Manager to lead our growing childcare facility in Beechboro, WA 6063.
As the Childcare Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a nurturing and enriching environment for the children in our care.
What you'll be doing Manage the overall operations of the childcare center, including staff supervision, program development, and budget managementEnsure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and licensing requirementsDevelop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards of careFoster a positive and inclusive culture, encouraging teamwork and professional development among staffCollaborate with parents and guardians to understand and meet the needs of the childrenOversee the planning and delivery of engaging educational and recreational activitiesMaintain accurate records and documentation related to the center's operationsRepresent the center in community events and liaise with local authorities as neededWhat we're looking for Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior childcare management roleRelevant Diploma qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor Early Childhood degree highly regarded.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with families and the communityThorough understanding of childcare regulations, licensing requirements, and best practicesDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges effectivelyCommitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for childrenWhat we offer
