Job description
Position Information:
As part of our tutoring services, we provide quality education to students from Year 1 till Year 12. Currently, we are looking for mentors for High school Year 11 and Year 12 classes for Chemistry subjects.
Position requirements:

Experienced Teacher with minimum 5 years of teaching experience to HSC students in NSW
Must have completed HSC in NSW in respective subjects (Chemistry) with good ATAR (Details of ATAR and Band to be submitted with application)
Able to teach 1 to 1 or Group lessons
Can provide face-to-face lessons at Parramatta campus
Able to understand students' needs and tailor the teaching style and material as per students' needs
Teaching regular weekly classes throughout the term and holiday courses during school holidays
Delivering feedback and recommendations to students and parents on their progress

Skills:

A genuine passion for Teaching
Previous Teachers from schools with excellent ATAR in respective subjects
Highly developed organisational, interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated by the ability to work flexibly and build positive, collaborative relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community
Strong classroom management skills and wellbeing practices with the capacity to cater for a diverse range of students
Completed their tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
Have a good knowledge of the current Board of Studies curriculum in respective subjects

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Subcontract, Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour

Afternoon shift
Evening shift
Weekend availability

Education:

Bachelor Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

Teaching: 5 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Working with Children Check (Preferred)
