Job Description
Our Hotel
Located in the centre of Melbourne's CBD, Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central is a dual brand hotel boasting 473 accommodation rooms & suites.

The successful candidate will:
Have the ability to work rotating 7 day roster and take initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and productive.
Monitor training and offer guidance to employees whilst on shift.
Be proactive and resourceful when attending to guest requests.
Be customer focused.
Have great attention to detail.
Be reliable and well groomed.
Be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.
What you will be doing:
Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.
Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
