As part of the HSEQS team, you'll help improve and implement our Camco Integrated Management System (CIMS), ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across our workshops and site services.
You'll support a wide range of professionals, from tradespeople to senior managers, and be responsible for fostering a safety-conscious culture.
Key Responsibilities: HSE Leadership: Lead the implementation of HSE systems, including risk assessments, SOPs, SWMS, and incident investigations.Training & Development: Facilitate ongoing HSE training, create and maintain training materials, and support team members' growth.Risk Management: Develop and monitor risk processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.Site Support: Conduct site-based inspections, audits, and shutdown visits, ensuring all work aligns with HSE regulations.Injury Management: Manage workers' compensation and injury processes, ensuring compliance with the Injury Management Procedure.What We're Looking For: Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, with a strong background in Occupational Health and Safety.Qualifications: University qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (preferred), and relevant training/assessors courses.Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse group of individuals.Other: Ability to travel to remote mine and oil and gas sites (minimal), and a proactive approach to improving HSE systems.Why Camco?
