A successful applicant will have: Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent Ideally 1-2 years minimum experience working as a veterinary nurse Confidence in all areas of nursing The ability to work flexibly within a 3 weekly rotating roster including some reception shifts and 1 in 3 Saturday.
A positive can-do attitude with attention to detail and high standard of patient care Excellent communication and client interaction skills Ability to work well in a team as well as independently Committed to continuing education Our practice uses RX Works, so some understanding of the software is preferable but not essential.
We recognise life is short so having fun and a positive outlook on life is mandatory
Mind you, this is not hard to do when working with a team of like-minded people, chocolate, cheese and cake.
