Etsu Izakaya is looking for experienced Food And Beverage Duty Manager to join our team
Nestled away along the Gold Coast Highway, Etsu Izakaya is a hidden gem well known for our vibrant atmosphere, exceptional service and modern Japanese cuisine.
As a busy, fast-paced restaurant, we pride ourselves on delivering an unforgettable dining experience to every guest who walks through our door.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a fast-paced bar.Good knowledge and understanding with wine, sake and Japanese whisky and deliver outstanding service.Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.RSA certification is required.An understanding of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Planning menus in consultation with ChefsPlanning and organising special functionsArranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budgetMaintaining records of stock levels and financial transactionsConferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and serviceSelecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staffMay take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders If you are looking to challenge yourself and grow in hospitality, please apply
