With dozens of venues internationally, entertaining more than 13 million guests annually, Topgolf is truly everyone's game.We believe in the unlimited Power of PlayLet the good times roll The Event Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in executing the important behind-the-scenes sales administrative functions that keep the venue functioning efficiently. Without this critical role, our efforts to provide best-in-class service with hospitality for our Guests would be impossible.To be successful in this role, you need to be a great multi-tasker, excellent communicator, and team player. Movie World, Wet'n'Wild, Paradise Country and Sea World, as well as discounts on food, beverage, retail and animal experiences• Earn FREE theme park passes for family and friends• Receive discounts at over 65 major retailers through our Village Employee Benefits App• Reward and recognition incentives and prizes• Exclusive and unique team member events and awards• Flexible scheduling• Opportunity for professional development and internal training – we strive to grow our talentKey Responsibilities• Answer the phones promptly and with a positive attitude.• Explain Topgolf to all potential customers who call.• Book Food and Beverage Packages to potential customers to support the sales team when lead volume is high.• Qualify and distribute all leads (phone, web, and walk-ins).• Perform event administration duties including Salesforce related daily tasks.• Make event packets and prepare food & beverage package information for front desk.• Process initial event deposits and final event payments.• Be an example of our core values daily and hold yourself accountable to Topgolf standards.• Proactively identify ways to improve office processes and elevate team excellence.Key Qualifications• A person with a passion for event sales who is seeking a career.• Excellent communication, time-management, and organization skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).• Knowledge of Delphi is an advantage.• High level of energy and enthusiasm.• Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Our promise to you: a playful environment where you can make new friends.
