Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support)We are Local, Award Winning, Family Owned and DynamicWe foster a supportive work environment that promotes innovation & creative performance.We offer opportunity to progress your career with our diverse business.We provide confidence in local, secure employment and offer staff an ability to relocate with regional offices around NSW.With access to our Employee Assistance Program and our Workplace Benefits Program, come & join our team, and be part of our growing and evolving business, working on an exciting and diverse range of projectsJoss Facility Management is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual for the position of Junior Contracts Administrator to join our Albury team.We want to hear from candidates interested in long-term career development to transition into senior Contract Administrator or Project Manager roles.Working alongside the Project Manager and Estimating team to support the growth and development of the business, you will undertake administrative duties associated with construction projects, ensure accurate estimates of projects are completed on time, tender preparation, and assist in project delivery across our contracted areas.Key responsibilitiesPreparation of site documentation for construction certification.Administration of subcontractors and suppliers' contracts.Liaising with consultants and submitting RFI's.Preparation of scope of works.Procuring materials for site team.Assisting with progress claims.Completing take-off for constructions estimates.Liaising with subcontractors for pricing.Assisting with tender documents for submission.Alongside recent construction-related experience, applicants must demonstrate:Basic knowledge of construction plans/drawings.An ability to prioritise work and maintain high attention to detail.Strong organisation and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.An ability to meet deadlines and stay focused under pressure.In return, for your hard work, we will offer you ongoing professional development and a commitment to a long-term career within our successful, trusted business.At Joss, we embrace the benefits of employing hardworking people from a range of backgrounds, so we encourage applications that contribute to our diverse workplace.
