Add expected salary to your profile for insights.About ArchwayArchway is a design & construct office fitout company based in Brisbane City, creating culture inspired workspaces for everyone.A fast-paced collaborative company, we have a great team culture, and we live by our values – Happiness, Authenticity, Alacrity, Integrity and Loyalty.We're a highly energetic team constantly pushing boundaries to reach our goalsAbout The RoleA Project Manager role at Archway is all about coordinating commercial fitout projects competently and doing all possible with the team to exceed our client's design & delivery expectations.This role requires you to:Establish and maintain project timelines.Coordinate & deliver commercial fit-out projects while reporting back to various stakeholders.Work closely with the internal project team and subcontractors.Lead and take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects.Monitor job progress against milestones and keep stakeholders updated weekly through project reporting and PCG meetings.Utilise project management software including Microsoft Project and Procore.About YouYou love fitout and its unique challenges, and you're used to working in a fast-paced team with tight deadlines. You have experience in the fitout and construction industry and a thorough understanding of construction and project coordination principles. Working with our designers and sales team, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where communication and teamwork are key.In a nutshell, you're…Experienced at coordinating fitout projects.A problem-solver.Organised and methodical with tasks.A great communicator with excellent people skills.Required Qualifications & Experience:A positive attitude and energetic approach.Minimum of 3 years in a Commercial Fitout Project Management role.Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines, time management skills.A portfolio of commercial projects and a solid work history.Management, client relationship and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.If you're keen to join our team and up for the challenge, we can't wait to hear from you.
