In fact, it is often ranking in the Top 150 Finance Apps in Australia in the Apple App storeAbout the RoleIn this role, you will be leading the department heads and staff and will be responsible for the performance and day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Empower Wealth Advisory businesses. You will also collaborate with the Managing Director and the Group Executives to develop and implement strategies that drive the company's growth and operational performance.Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and performance objectives.Build & manage a high performing leadership team, by providing guidance and mentoring to the Advisory Leadership team and businesses.Ensure a continued competitive advantage, high-quality customer experiences and client satisfaction, as measured by client feedback, engagement and NPS.Ensure optimal utilisation of resources, including human & technology resources and other business capital.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.Develop and monitor key performance indicators for all Advisory Businesses.Optimise internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness to increase overall business productivity.Manage the effective implementation of legal, governance and compliance program.Prepare annual operational budgets in collaboration with Advisory teams and CFO.About YouBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational and/or commercial leadership roles.Financial Services and/or Property-related experience.Experience with strategic and operational HR and legal matters.Proven record of accomplishment of strategic planning and operational execution.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills.The BenefitsGreat city fringe offices in Melbourne and CBD Sydney to complement a hybrid working structure.Extend one's knowledge in finance, tax, money management, financial & property planning, wealth, and superannuation fields.Participate in our Employee Share Program.Shine Program (our internal Peer Recognition Program).Employee Assistance Program (Professional Counselling).4 weeks paid Parental Leave and Flexible Work Policy.What's NextIf this sounds like the role for you, please submit your resume and cover letter.Please note that this is a hybrid role which requires regular office attendance, fully remote applicants will not be considered.Respectfully and regretfully, only successful candidates will be notified of the outcome of their application.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
