About the Role Warner Bay JAX Tyres & Auto is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.
In this role, you will lead customers through an exceptional customer service experience, guiding and advising them regarding their vehicle needs while working closely with the workshop and other team members to deliver the best service to our valued customers, ensuring everyone leaves our store happy and with peace of mind driving.
Your main day-to-day tasks would include: Attending to customers and providing exceptional customer experienceManaging customer enquiries on the phone and face-to-faceCommunicating service bookings from beginning to end, ensuring customers are kept updated throughout the day regarding their vehicleMotivating, encouraging, and communicating with your teamBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with customersHandling and processing paymentsMaintaining sales, receipts, and stock recordsLiaising and communicating with suppliers in a clear and professional mannerAbout you Industry or Dealership experience essentialQualified in Light Vehicle Motor Mechanics (desirable)Mechanical background/knowledgeExcellent problem-solverCustomer-centricAble to work cooperatively in a team environment, but also confidently when unsupervisedExcellent communication skills when dealing with customers and team membersKnowledge and compliance with work health and safety practicesWhat we offer Exclusive staff discounts on our products and servicesReward and recognitionHow do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:
