Let's create a brighter future together, let's make a difference Due to an internal promotion, we now have an opportunity for an IT Client Support Analyst.
This position will revolve around delivering top-notch IT support to our internal clients.
The Desktop Support Analyst is pivotal in imparting advanced knowledge and aiding colleagues in their drive to uphold our gold-standard IT service delivery.

As a seasoned point of contact within the IT department, the Analyst takes charge of IT issues and service requests, leveraging a thorough understanding of our technological landscape and support policies.
They adeptly troubleshoot intricate problems that necessitate a significant degree of technical prowess.

This includes support offered by phone, IT Chat and IT Tech bar on location in Brisbane and via Service Now online.

Customer facing skills & experience essential Proven examples of working autonomously Functional Skills
Application Support - Proficiency Level 2 Network Support - Proficiency Level 2 IT Asset Management - Proficiency Level 1 Service Desk - Proficiency Level 2 Service Request Management - Proficiency Level 2 Technical Skills:
Windows 10/11 Operating System – Proficiency Level 2 Device Management (Intune/Endpoint Manager) – Proficiency Level 1 Office 365 Suite – Proficiency Level 2 M365 Technologies – Proficiency Level 2 Microsoft Teams/Teams Room – Proficiency Level 1 Active Directory/Azure Active Directory – Proficiency Level 2 Basic understanding of AV technologies – Proficiency Level 1 ServiceNow - Proficiency Level 2 Basic understanding of ITIL Methodologies – Proficiency Level 2 Citrix VDI – Proficiency Level 2 Belong.
