Join our fantastic in-house Late-Stage Collections Team at NOW FinanceNOW Finance is an Australian-owned, specialist provider of personal loans to customers looking for a fee-free, value-for-money finance solution.As a NOW Finance Late-Stage Collections Officer, you will play a pivotal role in liaising with our valued customers, providing excellent customer service and finding the best solution for them.With fantastic employee initiatives, benefits and culture, this full-time, permanent role offers excellent job security and a great team environment.Duties & Responsibilities:Conduct outbound and inbound collection calls in high volumesSuccessfully identify customers experiencing financial hardshipIdentify and recommend customers for alternative Collection activities, e.g.
