We are recruiting for one RN and one EN to participate in an upcoming COVID/Flu vaccine clinical trial in Taringa.
This is a 5-week double-blind study with a flexible, supportive work environment Location: Taringa, Brisbane Role type: RN and EN opportunity Starting: Thursday 5th of December About the roles Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Enrolled Nurse (EN) Conduct regular monitoring of patient vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation).
Perform ECGs and record participant data including height, weight, and pulse.
Administer routine check-ins with patients to ensure compliance with study protocols.
Assist in managing patient documentation and record-keeping to ensure accurate data collection.
Follow strict protocols related to blinded procedures to maintain the integrity of the study.
Available 9th - 11th December (7:30am-4:00pm staggered shift) Other duties as required.
Registered Nurse (RN) Oversee the preparation, mixing, and measuring of live vaccines, adhering to strict research protocols.
Ensure the safe administration of vaccines and manage any potential side effects or adverse reactions.
Maintain meticulous documentation and work with study coordinators to manage supplies and clinical trial logistics.
Available from 9th December - 17th January on a casual roster (8:00am-4:00pm) Other duties as required.

Perfect for both semi-retired and newly qualified nurses Competitive market rate is available About You We are seeking candidates who possess: Commitment for 5 weeks of the trial is essential.
EN Applicants: Experience in patient assessments, including vitals monitoring and ECGs.
RN Applicants: Phlebotomy experience and/or live vaccine preparation and administration.
Ability to strictly follow clinical trial protocols.
Must have full working rights in Australia.
