As part of a restructure, our client is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst.
Your new company Due to continued growth, our client, a leading producer is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst.
Your new role As the Senior Analyst, you will be reporting to the GM and working with the production teams.
You will be responsible for: Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare budgets and forecasts for revenue, SG&A, Headcount, CAPEX, including working capital.
Review monthly financial performance with the Senior Leadership Team and identify risks and opportunities.
Continuously improve forecast models and systems to meet the ever-changing business structure.
Business Partnering: Partnering with Sales, HR, Finance and Legal to track financial performance and provide financial information, forecasting and analysis to help guide decision making and set strategy.
Revenue Analysis: Responsible for in-depth analysis of revenue, working with sales and commercial teams to analyze and forecast revenue growth.
Calculate monthly contract values and prepare revenue trend reports.
Month End Close: Responsible for reporting revenue and SG&A actuals.
Report month-end close results to the GM and head of departments.
Prepare P&L for consolidation in Power BI for management review.
Product Profitability Analysis: Prepare product profitability reports.
Work closely with the head of departments/production managers to review gross margin by product and sales channels.
Headcount Reporting: Report monthly Headcount & Employee Costs by divisions.
Forecast & budget headcount and employee costs.
Work closely with Human Resources to ensure employees are correctly mapped.
Treasury & Cash Forecasting: Work closely with Finance team to manage intercompany loans and bank accounts.
Prepare monthly cash forecast for weekly and monthly presentation to the GM and department heads.
What you'll need to succeed You will ideally be CA/CPA, have worked in a fast-paced multiproduct dynamic environment, be a self-driver and looking for the opportunity to own the role.
